Subject of the Contract

This agreement concerns the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the buyer through the seller's website , www.gari.com .

Product and Payment

Product type, quantity, selling price, and payment method are as specified in the order summary.

Delivery

Products will be shipped within 7 days of order confirmation.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer during the order process.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Opened food products
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

It is not eligible for a refund.

Force

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the buyer.
